These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of the services, website, and digital solutions provided by TrustIQ Labs Private Limited, an Indian private limited company incorporated in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
1. Services & Engagements
TrustIQ Labs provides mobile app development, artificial intelligence engineering, MVP prototyping, custom software development, and technical maintenance. Specific deliverables, payment milestones, and service level agreements (SLAs) are defined in executed Statements of Work (SOW).
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a written contract, upon full payment for custom software engineering services, all intellectual property rights, source code, and bespoke designs are assigned to the client.
3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Both parties agree to protect and maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary code, product architectures, and commercial data exchanged during consultations and project execution.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
